"How much will my insurance cover?"

Unfortunately we do not have access to this information until you are in the clinic, as they need to confirm your details and get confirmation from you before speaking with us.

"Do I need a doctor's referral before I get treatment?"

We do not require a referral or prescription in order for you to receive treatment. However, some insurance companies require to have one on file in order to pay for your treatments.

"I was in a car accident, do you take ICBC claims?"

Yes, with exceptions. Please speak to us if you have a unique case in which you may be involved with ICBC and WSBC.

"What do I need to bring to my first appointment?"

If you have not already filled out the intake form that was emailed to you, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out and intake and consent form in person. We ask that you bring any insurance coverage, claim numbers or adjustors/lawyers information with you to your first appointment.

"I am on a Workplace Injury Claim, will you treat me?"

Yes. You must provide your claim number before, or at your first visit. You are able to come 1-2 times per week, in which you have 6 weeks to complete.

"What will my first appointment be like?"

At your initial visit, we will ask you to fill out an intake and consent form. The sessions are one-to-one, your practitioner will ask you about your medical history and do an assessment. This will help them determine your injuries and a treatment plan. The remainder of your appointment will be on the table. The last 5-10 minutes may be used to teach you exercises, stretches, and advice that may help you with your discomfort.
