COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Sanitizing Spray Bottles

We are excited to announce that we are re-opening our doors as of May 19, 2020!

 

There will be, however, many changes in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to provide a safe environment for patients and staff. We ask that you please contribute to keeping everyone safe by adhering to the following:

1. Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have limited our seating in the waiting area and staggered our appointments so we only have 1 patient in the clinic at a time. 

2. A mask or face covering is required in the clinic, this includes a scarf, bandana and non-medical grade masks. If you do not have one, we have some supplies at the clinic for sale, but are limited in quantities. 

3. If you are sick, or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, aches, chills, sore throat or trouble breathing, please call (604) 423-4900 to reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation fee. 

4. Upon arrival to the clinic, please sanitize your hands at the front desk or wash your hands in the restroom.

Effective June 1 2019, we have introduced a $20 No-Show fee for any appointments missed without notification or cancelled same-day.

We ask for your cooperation and understanding during this time as many people require urgent care and attention. So if you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible as we can call patients on our waitlist who desperately need the care. 

Your time is valuable to us, as is our practitioners. Kindly keep this in mind if you are unable to make an appointment.
